Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I cannot say that this roast was perfect but I really enjoyed it and I loved that I did not have to do anything to the sauce to make it gravy. Great Sunday or lazy day meal.


Slow Cooker Pot Roast
Ingredients:
5 1/2 lb Roast
2 Cans of cream of mushroom soup
1 package of Lipton onion soup mix
1 1/4 cup water

Directions:
In a slow cooker, mix cream of mushroom soup, dry onion soup mix and water. Place pot roast in slow cooker and coat with soup mixture.

Cook on high for 3-4 hours
Cook on low for 8-9 hours
